External colours and finish can be tailored to exact requirements together with double glazing and UPVC doors.

Toilets, kitchens and partitions can be installed where required.

All units complete a pre-delivery inspection for the following items,

1. Fresh, clean and bright throughout.
2. Electrical installation fully tested to I.E.E regulations.
3. All plumbing items fully water pressure tested.
4. Locks doors and shutters correctly working.
5. Correct furniture & fittings within unit, canteen tables, desks, filing cabinets, plan chests.

Units are designed for single or multiple use and are available within a range of common sizes. Units can be double stacked where space is a problem or linked side by side with a connecting walkway to create larger complexes.

• All units complete with outward opening steel armoured door with a minimum of one integral five lever dead lock fitted.
• All units fitted with internally lockable steel window shutters.
• Internally finished to same high standard as conventional texture units and fully equipped with lighting power points, heating, vinyl or carpet flooring as standard.

• Units are purpose built to office specification and should not be confused with converted shipping containers.
